Interactions between linear starch macromolecules and bioactive components, and key control technologies for functionalization of common foods and staple foods.
Intelligent responsive drug delivery systems and biomaterials for precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors, thrombosis, periodontal disease, and skin disorders.
Nanoenzymes, food hazard/function factor detection, and bioanalysis and sensing for advanced diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
Development of bioactive compounds in food, TCM, functional foods, gut microbiota, and natural product isolation.
